Shipping

I currently ship within the UK only.

Each piece is printed and finished after you order, then posted within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 2–3 working days.

Shipping is £3.50 per order, and free on orders over £25. You'll get an email with tracking once it's on its way.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel. Just email me first and I'll let you know where to send it. Return postage is paid by you.

Please send it back unused and well packed. Once it's back with me, I'll refund you within 14 days, including the original standard delivery cost, to your original payment method.

Pieces made to your own specification, such as a custom colour, can't be cancelled once I've started making them. This doesn't affect your rights if something is faulty.

If you'd like to tell me why, I'd love to know — it helps me make the next piece better.

Something not right?

If your piece arrives broken, faulty or not as described, email me within 30 days with a photo. You won't need to send it back — I'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Fine layer lines and small colour differences are part of how each piece is made. You can read more in the FAQ.
