Commission Guidelines & Terms of Service

1. General Terms

  • A deposit payment indicates that both parties have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms, and the commission is considered officially established.

  • This commission includes 2D/3D character design and short animation services, applicable for both personal and commercial use. Please clearly indicate the intended use on the commission form.

  • All commissions are treated as mutual agreements. Payment signifies full acceptance of these terms.

  • The artist reserves the right to accept or decline any commission request based on stylistic compatibility, content legality, and production schedule.

  • If the client does not respond within 10 business days during the draft confirmation or feedback stage, the commission will be considered forfeited. Payments made will not be refunded.

2. Definitions: Commercial vs. Non-Commercial Use

  • Non-commercial use includes personal collection, social media sharing, profile pictures, wallpapers, etc., with no direct profit involved.

  • Commercial use is charged at approximately 1.5 to 3 times the base price, depending on the scope and usage rights.

  • Prices listed in the Commission & Pricing Table are for reference only. Final pricing will be based on mutual agreement.

3. Revisions & Additional Charges

  • Free revision limits are specified in the Commission & Pricing Table. Any additional revisions beyond the free limit will incur extra charges per request.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • The artist retains all moral and economic rights to the commissioned work.

  • Clients are granted only the rights to use the work as explicitly authorizednot full ownership.

  • For commercial commissions, the artist will not publish or use the artwork for self-promotion or profit until the client has officially launched it.

  • Resale, alteration, tracing, uploading to AI datasets, or NFT creation without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Commercial use must be clearly disclosed and restricted to agreed terms.

  • If original files (e.g., PSD, .ztl, .ma) are required, this must be stated beforehand. An additional 30% or more may apply.

5. Prohibited Content & Disclaimer

  • The artist will not accept commissions involving: hate, discrimination, illegal acts, political propaganda, or NSFW (case-by-case basis, must be discussed).

  • Use of the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain technology is strictly forbidden and considered a severe violation.

  • Clients must ensure all materials provided are properly licensed. Any legal responsibility for unauthorized content lies with the client.

  • If a client maliciously files a refund/complaint after project delivery, it will be considered a breach of contract. The artist reserves the right to blacklist the client and issue a public warning.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Clients are required to pay a 30% deposit after the first draft is reviewed. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund (except rush projects)

  • After first draft: 80% refund

  • After second draft: 30% refund

  • After final delivery: No refund

  • If the artist is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued

7. Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer / LINE Pay / Online credit card payment

8. Timeline & Rush Orders

  • Estimated turnaround time is provided in the Commission & Pricing Table and may vary based on project complexity.

  • If the artist cannot meet the deadline due to personal reasons (and not delays caused by the client), the artist will notify the client and coordinate a revised schedule.

  • If the delivery is delayed by over 3 business days, the client may request a 5%–15% discount or agree to reschedule.

  • If the delay exceeds 7 business days, the client has the right to terminate the commission and request a partial refund (excluding completed parts).

  • Rush orders must be requested in advance, with an additional 30%–100% fee, depending on urgency.

9. Confidentiality & Display Rights

  • By default, commissioned works may be displayed in the artist’s portfolio or social channels unless a confidentiality option is purchased.

  • Delay public display by 30 days: Free

  • Delay public display by 90+ days: Additional 10% confidentiality fee
